About EUInternetWEEK

Returning in 2013 for a second year, EInternet WEEK™ will bring together stakeholders from all areas of Internet-related policy and industry. Last year’s EInternet WEEK™ attracted over 500 delegates and featured senior policy-makers and business representatives. Key topics discussed included the safety of children online, boosting e-commerce in Europe and supporting the development of exciting Internet of Things and M2M technologies.

The major event of this year’s week will be the 5th Annual European E-Commerce Conference on Tuesday 15th October, which will focus on the realisation of the Digital Single Market for Europe as one of four fundamental drivers for a more competitive and prosperous Europe, as recently endorsed by the European Commission. For more information about this particular event please visit its dedicated website at:

Part of the European Commission’s Single Market Month 2013, the week will also play host to a wide variety of other events covering a range of areas, including data privacy, online payments and big data. This list is not exhaustive, and if you would like the opportunity to host an event of exhibit as part of EInternet WEEK™ 2013, please get in touch or download the Host Package and Exhibition Prospectus.

EInternet WEEK™ is organised by Forum Europe in collaboration with EDiMA - The European Digital Media Association. The purpose of EInternet WEEK™ is to provide an annual focus for policymakers and stakeholders involved in the internet sector.
